Registration to the
2012 Wisconsin Spring Feis
is through


 
Feis Entry Caps
First Feis - Open Prizewinner are limited to the first 1300 paid entries. 
PC/OC will be capped at 360 paid entries. 
Waiting lists will be available after the paid caps are reached. Unpaid competitors will be moved to the waiting list when the paid caps are reached.
  • Entries will be accepted through Feisworx starting February 6th, 2012
  • All registrations will close April 9th or when the feis has capped (whichever is earlier).
  • Late registration/payment (subject to $25 late fee) from April 10th – April 20th (if the caps have not been reached).
  • All changes, additions, and payments must be made through Feisworx. 
  • Changes can be made until April 20th and are free.
  • Absolutely no changes/additions after April 20th, Changes and new registrations requested at the feis will incur a $40 fee in addition to normal competition costs.
  • Caps are based on paid entries. If you payment has not been received/postmarked by the date that the cap is reached, your entry will be moved to a waiting list and is subject to being dropped.
  • Opening Ceremonies at 8:30, dancing starts at 8:45 with figures, followed by hard shoe dances. PC/OC will dance oldest to youngest.
  • Absolutely no refunds

Registration is NOT confirmed until confirmation of payment is received by Feisworx. 
FEISWORX WILL THEN SEND A CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT EMAIL. 
Please make sure that you have verified your payment with Feisworx 
before the closing date of April 9th 2012 to avoid late fees 
or by April 20th, 2012 to avoid non entry.

Late Fee (April 10 - 20):

Maximum Fee per Family:

(Excluding Family Event & Late Fees)
 
Day of Feis Changes/New Registration
 $40.00 penalty fee
plus applicable dance & family fees
(this includes any changes for Fri or Saturday until 8:45am)
