caps for both non-champ and champs have been met. Registration for all
new entries is now closed. If you have already registered, see List
of Competitors, and need to make a change to your entry, you may do
so with no late fee thru January 7th. From January 8th - 15th, you may
make changes/additions to an existing entry with the late fee.
